CH Systems carried out a purge at Dowery School in Islington, to enable the demolition of the existing school in anticipation of the rebuild which is due to take place later this year. Our team ensured that the job was completed safely.
CH Systems carried out a purge and decommission of a 200mm gas line feeding the boilers and kitchen on site at IKEA Croydon. The existing Black Teknigas Powerseat solenoid valve had failed and was leaking hydraulic fluid.
The project was completed successfully whilst making sure that client safety was prioritised at all times.

CH Systems is pleased to share that we have been commissioned to ‘fit out’ the Visitor’s Centre and all the Below Deck Services at Hastings Pier and Visitor’s Centre. We, as a team, are extremely proud to be involved in this prestigious project.
The team will be working alongside Geberit, Uponor, Mitsubishi and Jungs to provide the correct products and level of facilities required by the project. Work will include the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump to provide the heating and hot water within the Visitor’s Centre. All the domestic and LTHW services will be installed according to a 5 layer MLCP crimp system.

CH Systems has been awarded the refit of the domestic services within the building for Virgin Galleria Crawley, commencing 31 August, 2015.
The refit will include new toilets throughout the building, complete with new hot and cold services. The cold water storage tank is being replaced within this scope of work for a new GRP sectional tank. All the risers will be stripped out and new rising mains pipework installed along with cast iron soil stacks.

CH Systems is pleased to have completed the mechanical ‘fit out’ at the prestigious and well known address: 4 Deans Yard Westminster Abbey, in Central London.
The work comprised completely renewing the heating and domestic water system at this property. As it had been split into three separate flats, there was also a large amount of zoning that had to be carried out to meet current building regulations.
These project also included reinstating a number of original cast-iron rods back into the refit, as well as a cold water booster set in the basement to provide the necessary additional water volume to the newly created habitable upper floors.

CH Systems has recently been awarded the mechanical maintenance contract for Arlington House Apartments (SW1A 1RL), which offer a range of Luxury Serviced Apartments in Central London. Our maintenance work encompasses the servicing of 3no Potterton NXR14 boiler, 3no 500litre calorifiers as well as numerous other items of plant.
The apartments are designed in a contemporary modern style to provide travellers with a “home away from home” experience, including fully equipped kitchens with Miele appliances, a comfortable spacious lounge to relax and unwind, surround sound music system, wide range of television channels and individually controlled air conditioning.
